  • SEO Copyriting is geared towards optimising website content to improve its visibility and ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs), with the aim of increasing traffic. It mainly involves incorporating keywords within content, including website page copy and blog posts.

  • Content Copywriting refers to non-promotional written content that informs and engages your audience. It’s oriented more towards brand building and storytelling, including: website pages, blog posts, social media captions, editorial email campaigns, educational materials like E-Books (for an example, dive into our E-Books).

  • We write copy that converts — but how do we know this? Our metrics for evaluating copywriting campaigns include key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, engagement (e.g. likes, shares, comments), website traffic, lead generation, and return on investment (ROI). It will differ based on your goals and the specific copywriting service.

  • Once you’ve decided to go ahead with our writers (yay!) we can usually get started on briefing straight away. This is where we aim to get all the information from your team to ours, so we have what we need to get started.

    Our writing timeline will depend on the size and complexity of the project. Usually, we can turn around shorter pieces within a 2-3 days. If in-depth research is required, or for larger volumes of work, it will take longer. We’ll agree on a deadline that works for both of us during the briefing stage.

  • You can, but using AI chatbots effectively means knowing how to word your prompts. There’s a science behind this called Prompt Engineering; and unless you’re good at it, you won’t get the results you’re after.
